A kitchen refresh and a full remodel are different scopes. BOGA does not currently offer prime contracting for full remodels outside its R-62 authority. With your permission, we can discuss an introduction to an independently licensed contractor when appropriate.

A request is not acceptance of a remodel contract. Projects are never split artificially to avoid license limits.
